The 2015 Honda Fit Debuts!

January 18th, 2014 by

2015 Honda Fit YellowWhen Honda announced the 2015 Fit and predicted that the vehicle would move as many as 1.5 million units by 2016, well, many drivers were skeptical. Not us at Mid-Missouri Honda Dealers, though.

You see, we’ve seen the Fit in action for years now, and with the new changes coming to the vehicle, we won’t be surprised to see it surpass that goal and become one of the best-known Honda vehicles in the world.

But just what’s new about the Fit?

The Future of the Small Hatchback

One of the first things we noticed when the new Fit debuted was that it looks incredible. A new, slightly more aggressive build combines with high-tensile steel in the body and an aerodynamic shell to give Fit drivers one of the sleekest vehicles on the market today. Round it out with some new headlights and a grille as well as the option for shiny new alloy wheels, and the Fit looks like a wholly new car.

It’s not just the exterior either. The cabin of the Fit received some upgrades too. Improved overall space with increased rear legroom will be appreciated by all, and the 52.7 cubic feet of cargo storage available—when coupled with Honda’s Magic Seat technology—makes the Fit incredibly versatile.

Honda’s added their fair share of new technology too, including standard rearview camera, Bluetooth, an expanded view driver’s mirror, and more. Optional amenities like a 7-inch touchscreen audio interface and Honda’s LaneWatch make it easy to fit the Fit to your life.

More than just good looks and equipment, the 130-hp four-cylinder under the hood is paired with a 6-speed manual transmission and joins the sport-tuned suspension to make the Fit a joy to drive.
